SUCCESSION
Your commitment, carried into the next era.
No successor, the weight of running the business, uncertainty about the future. Leave the succession of your care business to EEFUL. Together, we will protect the future of the people you serve and the staff who serve them.

01CHALLENGES
Do any of these sound familiar?
These are concerns we have heard firsthand from owners who have begun to think about succession.
- No successor
- Your children have chosen other paths, and there is no manager you can hand the business to. You cannot picture what happens after you step away.
- The burden of management
- Regulatory revisions, recruiting, cash flow. Carrying the management alone while also overseeing the front line has become too heavy.
- Worries about clients and staff
- Will the quality of care hold after you leave? What will happen to the staff who have worked with you for so long?
- High M&A brokerage fees
- When you asked, the fee on closing was tens of millions of yen. Should a decision about the future of your business cost that much?

SOLUTION
EEFUL charges no brokerage fees.
We are not a broker. We take over businesses and run them ourselves, so there is no intermediary fee. We spend nothing extra to protect the future of your business, and put that money into the next step for you and your business.
02OUR STRENGTHS
Taking over alone does not keep a business going.
Succession is not the finish line but the starting point of the next stage of growth. EEFUL brings four development capabilities to grow the businesses it takes over.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTFast PDCA with daily closing
- Reviewing monthly means every move comes a step too late. We look at the numbers daily and feed them back to the front line the same day, turning the speed of decisions itself into a strength.
- TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENTAI that lightens the load on the front line
- We use technology to cut the time spent on records, transcription and checks. This is DX not to reduce people, but to give people back the time to focus on people.
- FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENTFundraising capability among the best in Japan
- Equipment upgrades and investment in people stay on paper without capital. We raise funds as a group and invest them in the businesses we take over.
- ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENTAn organization where effort is rewarded
- We build evaluations that reward hard work and clear paths to grow. An organization people don't leave is, in the end, the surest guarantee of service quality.

Please feel free to reach out. We will listen to the state of your business, your concerns and your wishes, in strict confidence.
02
Valuation and proposed terms
2–4 weeks
We review your business, finances and staffing, then present a fair valuation and terms.
03
Basic agreement and due diligence
1–2 months
Once you are satisfied with the terms, we sign a basic agreement, carry out a detailed review and finalize the terms.
04
Share transfer and completion
2–4 weeks
Succession is completed with the final agreement and the transfer of shares. We explain the change carefully to clients and staff.
05
PMI and growth
After succession
We apply our four development capabilities to drive growth. You can also stay involved in the business if you wish.
05SIMULATION
Start by finding out what your business is worth.
You can decide whether to sell once you know its value. Upload your financial statements, and our AI reads the figures and shows an estimated business value on the spot.
- Documents
- Financial statements (P&L and balance sheet) for the last three fiscal years, as PDF
- Method
- Average EBITDA × industry multiple (4–7×)
- Time and cost
- As little as 3 minutes / Free, no sign-up required
The result is a rough estimate. We present a formal valuation after reviewing your business and finances. If you don't have the statements as PDF, you can also enter figures such as revenue and operating profit by hand. The tool is in Japanese.
06OUR PROMISE
Our promises.
For owners entrusting their business, what happens afterward weighs more than the terms. Here is what we will always protect, promised up front.
- Continued care for clients
- We maintain and improve service quality, protecting the peace of mind clients have always had.
- Continued employment for staff
- We protect the jobs of your valued team and create a rewarding place to work.
- Continued growth of the business
- Through investment and support, we accelerate the growth of the businesses we take over.
- Long-term ownership, as a rule
- We do not resell in the short term. We will keep contributing to the community for good.

Japan's long-term care is infrastructure the world can be proud of. Yet with a shortage of successors and increasingly complex management, excellent businesses are facing closure one after another.
Our mission is not simply to take over care businesses, but to evolve them through technology and organizational strength. We want to be the partner who inherits the business you have built, and the commitment you have put into it, and takes it further.
